I have some exciting news to share… I wrote a book!
Female Empowered Fashion is about the ways in which fashion promotes female empowerment. This includes how fashion has been used to promote inclusivity in body image, build supportive and educational programs for girls, and show how young women have broken into the industry and gained success.
It includes insights, tactics and solutions from interviews with industry CEOs, VPs, stylists, designers and influencers. Their backgrounds include working for Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Pologeorgis, Oscar de la Renta, Monse, Burnett New York and more.
My hope is that, in reading this book, you will discover that the fashion industry does promote female empowerment. I hope to instill the same sort of passion and excitement that I have for fashion in you. Ultimately, I want you to see this book as a tool to help you understand ways to break into the industry, rise to high-ranking positions and support the movement to empower girls.
